Associate of Science, LPN/LVN, or Paramedic to RN Program Overview
Our Associate of Science RN program prepares qualified individuals to challenge nationally recognized subject exams recognized by the American Council of Education (ACE) for the award of college credit. Distance Learning Systems test preparation courses prepare you to test-out of specific courses required for an award of an Associate of Science, Nursing degree which will be conferred by an accredited college.
To qualify for admission to the ASN program, an applicant must provide acceptable documentation of the following:
- A current, unencumbered LPN, LVN, or Paramedic license (qualifications vary in some states).
This program is available in up to 45 states.
If you hold a qualifying license and you may test out of all required classes for your Associate of Science, Nursing degree using this program that is available in up to 45 states. Face-to-face tutoring is available in Fort Lauderdale, FL, and our live, interactive online tutoring classes are available nationwide. Individuals who utilize Distance Learning Systems study materials and live tutoring to prepare for national exams pass these exams at a rate over 97% nationally.
You will need to complete between 7 and 15 classes (only 1 test per class), which takes the average individual between 12 and 20 months.
Clinical Exam Prep and NCLEX Prep is also available to ensure you are successful through the licensing process.
The exams you pass will translate to credits accepted by over 2900 colleges and universities in the US. Your RN degree is conferred through a regionally or nationally accredited college that is accredited by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing, Inc (ACEN).
