    Aspen University & United States University are among the lowest in Cost of Attendance, and offer high quality, 100% online college degrees in Nursing, Health Sciences, Business, Technology, and Education. Monthly payment plans starting at $250 per month provide students an alternative to financial aid, and programs consist of flexible online courses with frequent start dates. Bachelor level courses start at $150 per credit, Masters level courses start at $325 per credit, and Doctoral level courses are $450 per credit. In addition we are providing a 10% tuition discount on the RN to BSN program, and all masters and doctoral programs, and there is no application fee.
